The Candida Spit Test
Hi everyone,
This is a home test you can do on your own without purchasing a thing, obviously this wont replace a proper labs based test but its a good indicator nevertheless.
Do this test first thing in the morning before you brush your teeth/use mouthwash etc.
obviously you dont want to kill the Candida and get a false negative result..
It is my personal opinion that this test is best for someone with an oral thrush, systemic or chronic Yeast infections, im not sure as to how effective it would be for someone suffering vaginal or balanitis(penile thrush). This is just my opinion so please if you get success with this test email me so i can post the results.
How to test for thrush:
- put 1 clear glass of water by the sink where you brush you teeth in the morning
- write a big red note and tape it on the mirror,, the note should say STOP! Do the TEST!
- the next morning when you wake up, see the note, and...
- spit into the glass of water
- now you can brush your teeth etc.
- leave the glass alone for 30 mins, come back later and check if any of the following have happened.
- strings, like cloudy legs traveling down into the water from the spit on the top
- milky substrate below where your spit was
- cloudy specks suspended in the water
- saliva sinks to the bottom
If you answered yes to any of the above questions then it is a good indication that you may have a Yeast Problem,
PS: A healthy result is to just have clear spit floating on the top
Wondering why this Candida test works?Candida is heavier than water and will sink given time, the more the white and leggy the heavier the yeast problem.
